The terms “you” and “your” means the person giving this consent. “Documents” means all documents related to your purchase and financing of a vehicle from Ever, including, without limitation, your credit application, your retail installment contract, billing or account statements, transaction history, consumer disclosures, privacy policies, and all other communications, notices or information related to Ever’s products or services, including any information that we are required by law to provide to you.

By clicking the “Log In” button, “Create Account” button, or “Buy This EV” button, you consent to conduct binding electronic transactions with Ever. You agree: (1) that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature and may consist of clicking on buttons and/or checking boxes where indicated; (2) to the use of electronic Documents, including Documents sent to you electronically or posted online; and (3) that you are providing your consent to receive electronic communications from Ever under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, and intending that this law apply to your transactions with us.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by emailing Ever at legal@evercars.com with "Revoke Electronic Consent" in the subject line or calling us at +1 (415) 890-2232. You acknowledge that Ever may not be able to complete some or all of its services to you if you withdraw such consent. Any Document we previously provided to you as an electronic Document will remain valid, enforceable, sufficient for its intended purpose, and unaffected by the withdrawal of your consent.

To access Documents, you will need a working email address, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and a computer or other access device that can access the Internet using a web browser. To retain Documents, the computer or access device must allow you to download and save Documents to a hard drive or external storage media, print web pages, as well as embedded HTML files or both.
